At Luke1977, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Affix the Label
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
